How do I subscribe?
Pick a plan and a billing period, click “Choose plan” and fill in your details at checkout. Access is activated as soon as the payment is registered.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, DinaCard), PayPal and bank payment slip. Prices are shown in EUR; card payments are charged in RSD at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of the transaction.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. Subscriptions do not renew on their own, when the paid period ends, it is up to you whether to extend it.
How many devices can I watch on at the same time?
Standard allows 2 simultaneous devices, Premium allows 4. You can use your account on any device; only the number of simultaneous streams is limited.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time, from your account settings or by messaging support. You keep access until the period you already paid for runs out.
Which devices does TOOBI work on?
Smart TV, Android and Android TV, iPhone and iPad, web browser, as well as MAG and Enigma set-top boxes.
