Subscription and pricing
How much does TOOBI TV cost?
The Standard plan costs €7.99 per month or €69.99 for 12 months, which works out at €5.83 per month. The Premium plan costs €11.99 per month or €99.99 for 12 months, which is €8.33 per month.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard includes live TV channels and sport on 2 devices at the same time. Premium adds the VOD library of movies and series and works on 4 devices at the same time.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When the paid period ends, you decide whether to extend it.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and simply does not renew after that.
Payment
How can I pay?
By payment card (Visa, MasterCard, DinaCard) through the secure Raiffeisen payment page, or with PayPal.
Which currency am I charged in?
Prices are shown in euros. Depending on the payment method, the charge may be made in Serbian dinars at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of the transaction.
Can I get a refund?
The service is activated immediately after payment, so refunds are not possible except in the case of technical unavailability longer than 48 hours, double or incorrect charging, or a proven unauthorised transaction. Requests go to [email protected] within 8 days.
Devices and usage
Which devices can I watch on?
TOOBI TV works on Android and iOS phones and tablets, Smart TVs, Android TV Box devices, MAG and Enigma receivers, and in a web browser on your computer.
How many devices can I use at once?
The Standard plan allows 2 devices at the same time, and Premium allows 4.
How do I get started?
Create an account in the TOOBI app or in the web player. The first 48 hours are free, and you choose a plan after that.
Does the service work outside Serbia?
Yes. The service is available globally, all you need is a stable internet connection.
Content
What can I watch?
Over 200 TV channels, more than 100 live sports channels and a library of over 1,000 movies and series, including kids programming and cartoons.
Is there content for children?
Yes. TOOBI TV includes kids channels, cartoons, animated series and educational programming.
